Over the course of the last 2-3 years, I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa McClure on numerous projects. Lisa initially worked for me when I held the position of VP Information Product Development at Citicorp Diners Club, Inc. She completed technical documentation of all the help text and various instructions for software products that were developed for and distributed to Citicorp Diners Club Corporate Customers. She also provided product training to new Diners Club employers that were unfamiliar with the product.
After leaving Citicorp Diners Club and moving to Data Technology Services, Inc. (DTSI), our company had a need for a person with the ability to complete technical documentation, training and testing. Because of Lisa's ability in these areas, we contacted her and offered her the position.
In this position, Lisa has instructed new employees on various software products that have been developed by DTSI and has met all expectations of the position. She is a self-starter, who does a great job of preparing for and completing any responsibility she is assigned. In summary, Lisa is a very organized person that delivers quality work on schedule which meets every expectation we have set forth.
To that end, I would highly recommend her for any position in training or technical writing or that requires good interpersonal skills.
