Lisa has worked at IIT since January, 2002. She began as a short term contractor, preparing financial projections and helping to edit and compile our business plan. Because of her extensive web development background, we gradually expanded her responsibilities and hired her on May 1, 2002 as a Web Systems Integrator. In this capacity, Lisa's responsibilities have been extensive, involving Systems Development and Administration, graphics and website design and implementation, as well as general IT and technical support. She has set up and administered Linux and Windows systems, configured Apache and IIS webservers, Jrun Application servers, developed in JSP and JDBC, and created several websites for our organization.
Lisa blended easily into our organization, and came up to speed very quickly. She has shown a willingness to dive in and take on new and challenging tasks without hesitation, and works very well under pressure. She's reliable and trustworthy, and always has an upbeat, can do attitude. She has an excellent work ethic and problem solving abilities. Lisa works well both independently and with the other members of her team resulting in work that has always been of the highest quality. She has been a real asset to IIT and I'm sorry to see her go. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to work with her and can recommend her without hesitation.
